Former eBay Exec Joins LoanLogics

NewLoanLogics, a company specializing in loan quality management and performance analytics, announced the hiring of Leah Fox, its new SVP of customer success.

An expert in technology and management, Fox joins LoanLogics from eBay Enterprise, where she served as head of solution delivery services. In her time at eBay, she led cross-functional initiatives involving e-commerce operations, including merchandising, analysis, usability, customer service, fulfillment, and online marketing.

In her role as SVP, she will work to build new, world-class customer service initiatives and to lead the LoanLogics Customer Success organization, which includes technical sales support, delivery, training, account management, and other customer-focused efforts.

Outside of work, she is an advocate for women in the tech field, serving as vice chair on the board of the Innovative Technology Action Group and supporting Girls Exploring Tomorrow's Technology. She has also spoken at the Philly Women in Technology Summit.

According to a company release, LoanLogics selected Fox for the position because "she has a proven track record of innovation in leading customer success teams and initiatives."

"At the core of LoanLogics' focus on customer success lies a different way of thinking about project delivery and client services," said Brian K. Fitzpatrick, president and CEO of LoanLogics. "Leah brings a wealth of experience, innovative thinking and a unique set of skills that span business and technology experience, making her the ideal person to take our account management and implementation processes [to] the next level."
