LenderLive, a domestic-based, end-to-end mortgage services provider, welcomes Pete Pannes as the company's first chief revenue officer.

In his new position, Pannes will be responsible for corporate sales, marketing and positioning strategies, as well as product development. He will report to Rick Seehausen, LenderLive’s CEO. Sales leaders within LenderLive’s six business lines—fulfillment services, secondary marketing, loan servicing, document services, settlement services, and due diligence—will also report to Pannes, as well as to their respective division presidents, the company said.

“Success in our industry is always built upon relationships and trust, and no one exemplifies these qualities better than Pete Pannes,” Seehausen said. “His leadership, experience, professionalism and drive will accelerate LenderLive’s growth.”

Pannes has held a number of high-visibility sales and marketing positions within the mortgage and credit union sectors over the course of his 26-year career.

Most recently, Pannes was part of the team that founded NMI Holdings Inc., a new and fast-growing mortgage insurance company, where he served as its chief sales officer and EVP. Prior to NMI, Pannes spent more than 20 years at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., in a number of sales roles, including SVP of Field Sales & National Accounts. While at PMI, Pannes was instrumental in the launch of CMG Mortgage Insurance Company, which was jointly owned by PMI and CUNA Mutual and provided mortgage insurance to credit unions. He also served on the board at CMG Mortgage Insurance Co.

“Rick and his team have already built a formidable set of solutions for the mortgage and capital markets industries,” Pannes said. “I look forward to helping these markets understand all that LenderLive has to offer and helping expand current relationships and build new ones.”
