McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, announced the addition of Doug Oliver as Member and Managing Partner for Illinois Foreclosure.
“We are extremely excited to have Doug join the MRLP team. His years of experience in Illinois will be invaluable in his new role,” said a spokesperson for the firm.
Oliver was previously a partner at the firm Anselmo Lindberg Oliver, LLC in Naperville, Illinois. He has concentrated his foreclosure and litigation practice in process improvement and management in Illinois for the past seventeen years, with a total of twenty-four years of legal experience.
McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce’s practice in residential and commercial real estate services focuses on all aspects of the mortgage industry, including foreclosure, title curative, bankruptcy, eviction, commercial origination, and workout transactions, complex litigation, title curative litigation, title insurance (Abstracts and Claims Defense), defensive litigation and closing services (REO and retail).
