Planet Home Lending Appoints COO

Suzy LindblomPlanet Home Lending, LLC announced that Suzy Lindblom has joined the company as COO for Fulfillment after more than 29 years of leadership and management experience in the mortgage industry, including expertise in credit risk, underwriting, operations, regulatory compliance, post-closing, policies and procedures, and project management.

Most recently, Lindblom was managing director, national fulfillment and operations, at Stearns Lending. Prior to that, she was VP of national operations at MetLife Home Loans. She’s also held executive positions at Bank of America and Countrywide.

“We couldn’t be happier to have Suzy join our team as we embark on an aggressive growth strategy,” said Mike Dubeck, President and CEO of Planet Home Lending. “We believe Suzy will help us achieve our goal of increasing originations from $300 million a month to $500 million by the end of the first quarter of 2018.”

Founded in 2007, Planet Home Lending is a privately held, national residential mortgage lender with multiple business channels. Planet Home Lending is an approved originator and servicer for FHA, VA, and USDA as well as a Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Seller/Servicer, and a full Ginnie Mae Issuer and approved sub-servicer.
