Not Enough to Go Around

Between real estate investors, first time homebuyers, and repeat buyers, the current market has been bustling with new home hopefuls. Though June home sales are up 1.5 percent month-to-month, which is the first time in three months there's been a monthly gain, NAR said home sales are flat in 2017 compared to 2016 due to inventory shortage.
