Superstar Justin Timberlake is moving on from his Manhattan penthouse. Located in New York’s Soho area, the posh, 2,598-square-foot pad has been listed for $7.65 million.

According to Realestalker, the three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home boasts luxury details including high ceilings, a fireplace, and a large terrace with views of the Empire State Building. Timberlake’s house also comes with property amenities like a full-time concierge, valet services, and a Drive 495 fitness center.

Sources from Realestalker revealed that Timberlake’s home may have been “semi-covertly available” – though not fully on the open market – for more than two months. The singer’s decision to sell his penthouse follows recent reports that he married fiancee Jessica Biel in a top secret wedding ceremony during the third weekend in August.
