Legendary Hollywood couple Warren Beatty and Annette Bening are selling their Beverly Hills home. The Beatty-Benings put their luxury pad up for for lease last year, but after failing to snag an interested tenant, they’ve listed the property, which is located on famed Mullholland Drive, for $6.995 million.

According to RealEstalker, the 10,594-square-foot house features stunning news of the San Fernando Valley, a large swimming pool and spa area, and detached guest quarters.

The website also revealed that the couple is rumored to have initiated the sale following a decision to move back into their previous residence, a 6.7-acre estate only two miles away from their current address.
